This postmodern take on a Russian Imperial Stout was confined to a wooden cage for 17 long months to age on Brettanomyces until the flavours were ready to play nice. It was made in collaboration with Merit and Indie Ale House, two breweries whose head brewers learned alongside Annex’s own, and is meant to be enjoyed in moderation.
