Three years ago, Confluence Distilling 'rescued' (aka distilled) a Belgian triple ale gone awry from Annex Ales. It was put in a barrel and we both patiently waited while it aged into a whisky. Our unique whisky was then blended with house-made coffee & chocolate bitters and sweetened with Belgian Candi syrup. Bottles of our Belgian Coffee & Chocolate Old Fashioned are a limited edition release, available only while our stock lasts.
