This International Women's Day we are partnering with Alberta-based charity DirectHer Network to elevate more women and gender-diverse folk into board positions in the beer and restaurant industry. The fact that proceeds from Make Waves will fund a DirectHer Network-led Board Basics workshop for gender-diverse folks in our industry makes it pretty sweet.⁣
