SMALL BATCH BEERS
These are our limited edition beers. Everything is run in a small batch from a selection of ingredients that are in season, or otherwise capture our attention. Some of these beers will be experimental; some will riff on standard forms; some will suit the season—and, like the seasons, they won’t be around for long. So drink up.

Milk Chocolate Stout, 6.5%
Conditioned on McGuire Chocolate cocoa nibs. Notes of dark berries, roasted malt and espresso. This beer will be a staple until Spring 2019.
Double Pale Ale, 7.1%
Double dry hopped with Cryo and regular varieties of Citra and Mosaic hops.
Dry Hopped Berliner Weisse, 4.7%
Kettle Sour fermented with Sacch Trois and dry hopped with Simcoe, Ekuanot and El Dorado.
Imperial Stout, 8.9%
Full bodied with notes of liquorice, dark toffee, and espresso.
