Tap Room Manager

The Tap Room Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Annex tap room. They will play a critical role in leading and managing the serving team and communicating with management. As part of the management team, the Tap Room Manager will be expected to contribute to a variety of roles and must hold a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Providing a seamless experience for every customer in the tap room
· Training, recruiting and motivating staff
· Achieving sales goals in the tap room
· Planning, scheduling and performing brewery tours
· Managing merchandise, food, and beer inventory
· Planning and executing in-house events
· Communicating with accounts, staff, management, customers and suppliers
· General administrative work (scheduling, invoicing, inputting data, fielding calls and inquiries)
· Creatively contributing to the growth of the company

Qualifications:

· Must be legal drinking age with valid Proserve 
· 3+ years in a serving or hospitality role
· 2+ years in a management position
· Food handling certificate an asset
· Event management experience
· Experience building and preserving company culture
· Able to lift kegs and cases of beer
· Access to a vehicle for occasional company use
· Strong interpersonal skills and a love for meeting and interacting with people
· Detail oriented
· Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude 
· The desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
